Vomiting fever
My 7 months old baby girl had vomited twice after having food and milk. She also has a mild temperature and is completely tired and sleepy. Can I give her paracetamol for subsiding temperature and please suggest diet to follow.

You can give her paracetamol. She seems to be developing an infection . Appetite generally becomes low during an infection . Don't force feed the child . If she is on breast feeds , continue that. Chances are that she will not vomit on that. However if she continues to vomit take the child to a Pediatrician
