If you haven't underwent a deworming over the last 6 months, It would be advisable to do so now if you don't have any loose stools. Don't skip any meals as you wouldn't feel like eating due to the nauseated feeling, but I advise you to have a liquid diet which contains soups and juice as it will be easier for you to tolerate, your digestion is likely to be altered at this current point of time. Increase the consistency of the food as you can tolerate. Avoid spicy, oily, greasy, deep fried and junk food during this time. You would require antacids for a few days to reduce the discomfort. Eat clean and healthy food.
