Hello there. I can understand your concern . Just could be a vague occurence. You can take a capsule of pantoprazole and levosulpiride combination half an hour before food once a day for 3 days. Hello, I went through your query, nothing to be scared of, if there is no fever, it could be simple gastritis or gastro enteritis, can be treated easily, you need to take antiemetics and antigastrits tablet preferably iv, and need to be well hydrated please consult physician earliest so that you get better early.
