Vomitting with stinky loose motion
My 6 year old vomitted once and had one stinky loose motion. He's weak and slightly feverish. I have been giving nutrolin b and enterogermina vial. Pls suggest.

Check temperature.
Avoid solid food for now.
You can continue what ever you are giving.
