मुझे पिछले 2 साल से घुटने और कमर में दर्द रहता हैं परंतु पिछले एक सप्ताह से दाहिने पैर के घुटने में दर्द और सूजन हैं, और घुटने में सीढ़ी चढ़ने-उतारने पर दर्द और चलने पर कट-कट की आवाज आती आती हैं

For knee pain you can go for iceing over the area twice a day for 10min...
Correct your posture... Use knee cap while walking for few days...
Visit a physiotherapist and get treatment for knee... There you can learn strengthening exercises for your knee and your pain will.also subside...
