This is likely GERD. Start PPI and take light meals. Get an ecg (baseline). Stop smoking/alcohol. For prescription, consult online.

It looks like gastric issues..He should avoid oily and spicy food items, reduce stress and tensions, drink plenty of fluids, don't skip meals,sleep minimum of 8 hours at night..take pan d capsule morning and night 15 minutes before food for 3 days . If symptoms persist kindly consult
