Dear friend . I know its hard when you see the person whom you love ignoring you .. i can understand your feeling . To the statement " want to forget him ' i would say its difficult or most of the time not possible it is difficult because you love the person ....he is your priority... an important person in your life and forget such a person seems impossible..... either you should be able to replace him in your thoughts or change your perception about why he is ignoring you..... when you change your perception about why he is ignoring you your feeling of hurt may decrease.... what you have mentioned is insufficient for me to further comment.... I need to know how long you were in relationship with this person....... what situations caused him to ignore you ....once I know that I may be further able to guide you

Hi The best thing is time, because it honestly does take time. Do things that make you happy, to take your mind off it all. Try to think positively (which I know is hard) but try to imagine yourself a year on. Think about times that you've felt terrible but then came through it all and how you may look back on it all now and be proud of yourself for overcoming that. Because you will again. Talking helps too, even if it's writing down all your thoughts on paper and then throwing it away. Getting it all out can make a big difference. Consult with me or any psychologist for therapy and counseling All the best
