Osteo arthritic changes. Lumbar means lower back spinal bones. O A changes means there is degeneration of bones started. We call osteophytes thorn like structure in some cases they are seen as projections from bones
Next Steps
If any pain. Rest for 2 days n them start with basic lower back exercises.. meanwhile hot pack advisable.
Health Tips
Never bend directly from your hips with knee locked.. always bend ur knees and reach floor if needed
And sleep with a pillow under knees to avoid increase in disc pressure
Osteoarthritis is a form of arthtitis and it is causing degeneration of your spine. However the disc space is still intact. This does not show the other tissue very well. X rays show only bones. But we surely know that spaces between vertebrae are maintained. So the level of arthritis is not advanced.
You definitely need exercises and treatment.
