My mother has 58 years old, she have a problem watering eyes. what treatment to take solve this problem without affecting vision.

you can try lubricant eye drops 2to3 times daily e.g. teardrop. if she gets relieved, it's good, otherwise consult an ophthalmologist nearby.

Plz visit Ophthalmologist for Dry eye evaluation and Sac syringing. Detail slit lamp examination is must. These things ll not affect vision at all
