Waxy scrotum
Hi
My friend is having a recurring problem where every morning he notices a waxy coating on his scrotum. It comes off like dried skin when rubbed during bathing. He maintains proper hygiene but it keeps reoccurring after every few days. This has been going on for quite a few years. He has been too shy too let someone examine the condition.
