WBC and PLT
Blood test report is WBC is 3.13(5 to 10), and PLT is 128(150 to 400). Fever is high... Wats is problems??? Can u explain??? Age is 8 years old...

Classic viral fever.
If not accompanied by any other symptoms like vomiting or loose motions or coughing and breathlessness or dullness,just give paracetamol for fever and repeat every 4 hours if required,will settle down in 3-7 days.
