I feel MAYBE!!! I'm suffering from agnimandya.
My face gets dry (khusk) & full after eating foods that are cold in nature.
Can you please suggest warm spices like ginger to take after food to increase Digestive fire.

Yes if your digestive fire is low you won't be able to digest cold food...
Go for this
Start taking One small piece of ginger+rocksalt before food
Take food that's warm light easy to digest
Avoid Legumes (chole rajma) oil spice too much
Start taking lavan bhaskar churna after food both times half spoon
Go for pranayam and yoga in the morning
Sleep on time
Sit in vajrasana after meal
Fix your meal time between 10-2 and 5-7
Avoid stress tension anxiety
