  4. Weak immunity. Or something else?

Weak immunity
Every year mostly in rainy season, i have to get sick, either a cough and viral issue or a gastrointestinal disorder like diarrhoea. On the other hand my sister does not get sick like me. Is it because i have low immunity? Or something else?

Take care of personal hygiene.....water, food  and hand washing..... don't pay much attention to minor ailments.
