Weakness after medicine
I had my dhs removal on 6th March and now on antibiotics hhcepo-cv 325 from past 14 days but from past 2 days I am feeling very weak dull ,heart palpitations etc .doctor had given this tablet after the surgery .what can be the issue.i have attached my xray and when can I be normal walk without walker.i have pain when I told my leg .is this antibiotic causing all this.

Its been more than 2 weeks since implant removal is done. Was there any infection prior to removal surgery.. If not, antibiotics can be stopped.. Weakness and dullness after almost 2 weeks of surgery and medicines may not be the cause.. You should get yourself evaluated to rule out any other possible infection.. X ray looks fine.. You may start walking non weight bearing with walker support for now. Since your treating surgeon is the best judge, pls consult him to decide when to start full weight bearing walking.. Pain part will gradually subside.. That may happen due to soft tissue injury and fibrosis following surgical procedure..
Next Steps
You should get some investigations to rule out the infection.. Also, get examined by the doctor clinically for better judgement..

Yes you have to be non weight bearing walk with walker till bone gap at screw site heal up. Mostly by 4-6 weeks. Antibiotic 2 weeks ? Why? Yes this can be due to antibiotics. Continue. In bed excersies for your leg as thaught  by physiotherpy And all this question should be answered by your surgeon  because he knows the best for you.
