Weakness and tingling in whole body
I am 22 yrs lady. In August 2022 I suffered from dengue. After that, I often/frequently feel weakness , dizziness and tingling in whole body. I'm unable to do any work by standing long time. Sometimes, due to my past bad experiences I suffer from panic attack and subsequently heavy chest pain.

Home remedies for weakness and tingling include staying hydrated, taking warm baths, practicing yoga and meditation, getting enough sleep, eating foods rich in vitamin B12 (fish, eggs, dairy), magnesium (dark leafy greens, nuts), and potassium (bananas, avocados), and trying herbal remedies like ashwagandha, ginseng, and turmeric to help alleviate symptoms and support nerve health.

Post-dengue weakness and tingling sensations can persist for several months due to nutrient deficiencies, nervous system effects, or post-viral fatigue syndrome. Additionally, your symptoms of dizziness, chest pain, and panic attacks may indicate an underlying issue like low blood pressure, anxiety, or vitamin B12 deficiency. Recommendations: 1. Blood Tests – Get tested for Vitamin B12, D3, hemoglobin, and thyroid levels. 2. Diet & Hydration – Increase intake of iron-rich foods, green leafy vegetables, and protein to regain energy. 3. Lifestyle Adjustments – Gentle exercises, breathing techniques, and proper hydration can help with recovery. 4. Medication – If anxiety and chest pain persist, a detailed evaluation is required before starting any medication. For a personalized treatment plan, I recommend scheduling a consultation.
