  4. Weakness in right leg. Like sciatica?

Mowed the lawn at the weekend - now experiencing difficulty walking up/down stairs / inclines and - tendon at front of foot is tender, buttock pain and knee hurts people have said it sounds like sciatica?

Yes. It does sound like signs and symptoms indicating disc and nerve involvement.  See  a McKenzie physiotherapist asap.
