Weakness in viral fever
I am having viral fever from last 3 days. I was taking dolo 650. The temperature has reduced to 100 from 103, but I am feeling extremely weakness. What medication / diet do you recommend. Also, should I take vitamin B12 for weakness ?

Plenty of water and juice ect for rehydration, high protein diet and rest is advisable to you for recover from weakness... And vitamin b12 can't give you immediate recovery effect... It's only give you immediate positive effect in vitamin b12 deficiency.
Next Steps
if you can't get relief then it's advisable to consult a or chat with doctor online with your investigation report..
