It depends on your bmi to know how kuch you need to work out to loose weight. Along with exercises proper diet should also me maintained to reduce weight if not it will take long time.

Exercises along with low calorie diet will work hand in hand. . Before KG loss u should know your BMI. That will decide your weight loss. Specific exercises for the core strengthening required.
