I have little bit of belly fat ,i m 6ft tall,i don't have much times to run or walk as i have office work ,so i wanted to join gym ,to lose belly fat what kgs and how much days of weight lifting can helps me?

It depends on your bmi to know how kuch you need to work out to loose weight. Along with exercises proper diet should also me maintained to reduce weight if not it will take long time. Exercises at gym to be done under expert super vision only.
