Kindly suggest best ayurvedic diet plans to reduce weight
i am frommsouth indian . so rice is main ingrdient
i heard that once we stop the diet , we again get over wright? is it right
bcs long term weight loss diets are not good many said

If you have been eating rice since childhood it has become "oaksatmya" to you will not lead to weight gain!
Make rice with 16 times water in an open container ..remove all its starch and then have it!!
This kind of rice making will never lead to weight gain or sugar!
