Weight loss? More urination?
I lost around 3kgs in a span of 2-3 months without tying. 5'7 with 65kg now. I look thin. When my weight was 68kg i saw my fasting blood sugar was high, and also my right lower flank was achy(not pain, more like stiff). I was waking up at morning every night to pee. Then a doctor said it might be uti, then i took a course of cefpodem xp for 5 days. Slowly the back ache went away. But my weight kept on reducing. And i urinated more i mean during the day. Also during my bowel movements i see the volume of stool is more. I have a history of treated h pylori(which might have given me on/off ibs). But now after i lost weigh, i see my blood sugar has normalised. I mean i ent get spikes. I am in uk and unable to get blood tests done. I am scared if this is something sinister. Or there's lingering UTI? Please guide me!

Patient's detailed medical history is required. It is recommended to consult a doctor professional through the Practo app or visit a local medical facility for a thorough evaluation. Please keep in mind that detailed medical history is crucial for proper diagnosis and treatment.
