It takes 48 hours for tendon, bone, ligament, joints, muscles to recover from wear n tear caused by weight training. So u should not do next session of weight training before 48 hours. Means if u do it in Monday. Then don’t weight train again before Wednesday. Do maximum 3 days a week.
