Well being
I will tell the entire story.Initially in my college days i used to take certain photographs which were not good. One fine day i realise that my friend have stolen my photograph and has spread that to everyone. Then everyone in my college was laughing about that. Then my college ended and i joined my company. There also i felt that a guy of my college has spread that photograph of mine and everyone is making fun of that. Then i consulted a doctor in kasturba medical college mangalore and i was given don 2 and lonazep. But i did not take the medicine as the problem went away. Then i was staying well in chennai and i used to stare at girls in my office. One day i felt that the girls have complained against me for staring and my office people are doing investigation on it.So fearing termination because of misconduct i resigned and left the job.then i returned back to my home.I also send some text message to my hr which are completely out of context. Is it any sort of psychiatric condition ?

Yes the symptoms you are describing can be of a psychotic spectrum disorder; Fear, suspiciousness, referential ideas etc. You have been prescribed those medications at KGMC for the same. These symptoms can be very well treated with medications. Out of these ideas unfortunately you have resigned.
Next Steps
Visit a psychiatrist before it affects other areas of life.
