Muscle spasm caused by tmj dysfunction can cause wet sensation. Click sound due to tmj dislocation or disc displacement. Dry sensation may be due to synovitis. You have to take muscle relaxants and course of medicines along with certain exercises to cure this problem. You can consult me  through this site.thanks.
