My daughter who is 20 years old is facing some mental issues. She had undergone a trauma after her mother's death in a fire accident. She is becoming very restless and is showing abnormal thinking. Are these the mental retardation symptoms? If yes, then how can I tackle with this problem without troubling her more?

No it is not mental retardation. What is experiencing is completely normal. She was emotionally attached to her mother.
