Hello Friend, Good that you are seeking a help here. You are right. Stress and tension and headaches go hand in hand. Appreciate your interest to move away from medicine to handle your problem naturally . However, you need to focus more on addressing the root causes of the problem than just treating the symptoms.
Yes, surely acupressure will give relief to pain and I can guide you through those treatments.
However it's also equally important to address your stress and tension in your mind. It needs a holistic assessment of your both physical and mental symptoms or conditions to identify the root. Then you can easily follow certain simple home remedies, self therapies, mindsets changes excersises, relaxation techniques, diet changes, few daily routines along with acupressure points to get a better relief. I am also an ayurveda wellness coach and can suggest you suitable alternative solution. Be positive. You will be alright soon. Feel free to reach out to me online or call for further evaluation and recommendation.

You need to rule out your source of tensions. Unless that is treated you will not get relief . I am an online counselor and can help you through counseling. Do get in touch with me through Practo.
