What is pelvic adhesion
The uterine cavity is angulated at the lower segment with the fundus projected at inferior part of the pelvic cavity.(this is my HSG result, i dont no the meaning please help)

That's a normal finding in a retroverted uterus ..... U can still concieve if the tubes are patent
