What is the cause
I am 32 male, was diagnosed with diabetes,3 years back, after that frequently checking hba1c, it is not above 7, last time only it is raised to 8.8, because of stress, now hba1c is 7, FBS 130, but PP always going above 250, creatinine 1.2,eGFR 79,sgot 56, sgpt 144. I am also having GERD with hiatus hernia for 2 years, and having anxiety for many years. Now I am having the symptoms like stomach burning, chest congestion, dizziness feeling before and after food, and sometimes while walking, especially more in the evening, having good sleep, but easily get tired, while taking nexpro L for some months with alprazolam or escitalopram, it was good, after course over again it is coming again. How many months to continue this. Currently changing lifestyle and taking siddha medicine for diabetes and stomach issues. When I feel nervous and dizzy, I checked BP and sugar, it was normal only, does 300 random sugar or 140/90 bp will cause this ?
