Hello respected doctors ,
my Bpm at rest used to be 84+
i suffered from fever, sinusitis, runny nose and cold , nose block ... from 1 st march to 18 march... total 18 days
..
from yesterday my Bpm at rest is 72-74
..
why my resting BPM decreased from 84+ to 72-74?..

is this Mayocarditis? and got it because i suffered from viral fever and cold from 15 days back?
..
i don't have any other symptoms and pains and no existing family problems and any other health problems
.
.
i did skipping for 10 mins today...
it reached to 160 bpm and when i stopped and checked after a minute it went to 120...... 40 beats recovery in a minute ...
