Only by x ray we can confirm that whether this tooth requires RCT or a normal filling. If it's not painful then also don't delay treatment. Visit dentist and get x ray done
You got a cavity in your teeth. Thats why the tooth has turned black. You need to visit a dentist who might even take a X ray before filling it just to make sure it isnt deep enough to need some other intervention.
