What should i do to get back skin

Acne or pimples... Due to hormonal changes..Oily skin causes it...Common in adolescent age...May occur in adults also.. Food like Oily foods, ice cream, chocolate and sweets increase it.. Treatment depends on the grade of pimples or acne..So, please send photos as it's a must to see which grade of pimples or acne for accurate diagnosis and treatment.

You are having acne scars, it needs to be treated by various procedures like subscision, Dermaroller, Tca cross peel or lasers .It would take some time since multiple sittings would be required. Please consult a dermatologist in person for the same.But there is nothing to be worried about, it will definitely improve.
