What are your symptoms now?
Any fever ,back pain or burning micturition
What are your blood reports
CT scan is the best to detect stone, but your symptoms should be able to guide whether stone is present or has passed out
Drink less than 1.5 litres of water / day when you have pain. it's a myth that you should take lots of water. If recurrent pain take injectable analgesics
First of all what are your symptoms now? Are you sure you have not passed the stone yet ?
Do we know the cause for right Hydronephrosis ? It could be due to a stone as well.
Ultrasound can miss a stone if its location is in the middle part of ureter.
If you are aymptomatic now, i would suggest to wait till lockdown opens up and get a CT afterwards.
If symptomatic now or you develop symptoms in next few days, ideally go for NCCT KUB
