When I walk then my head tilt
I am facing problem while I am walking . I have head pain and balance problem . I have not the symptoms of vertigo because my objects does not rotates only when I walk then I feel balance problem and forehead pain . Please suggest what should I do , consult to nurologist or ENT . I am facing this problem from January 2020 . Please suggest , it is due to ear or spine problem . I have not any problem with spine . My eyes are ok . I have not any problem with eyes . So my head pain and balance problem have come together .

You definitely need a MRI brain... Kindly consult with your Ent specialist at the earliest.

It might be due a condition called BPPV. You will however need a PTA and sos MRI Brain.
