There is no assurance of ovulation in such cases,so timing cant be guessed. Preferably repeated urine pregnacy kit weekly after missing usual date can be tried. Kindly evaluate the cause of irregular periods by consulting,as in some cases miscarriages might happen due to hormonal imbalances.
