When to take pills. Before meal or after

Greetings, I have been taking Gluconorm G4 Forte and Janumet 50/1000 from many years. But i am a but confuse about when should i take these pills? Before having a meal or after that. Currently i am taking them after 15 mins. Of having my meal. Please provide tour guidance.
