Hi doctor I am a 25year old got operated for endometriosis and was on leupride for 3months n waiting for periods and left with only one tube and one ovary so plz help me will I be able to concieve naturally.tq

In endometriosis chances of natural conception are less specially now u hv only 1 tube n 1 ovary. So i would advise you to stop wasting time and straightforward go for assisted reproduction
