When Will I Get Back Smell And Taste - Had Intermittent Fever

When will I get back smell and taste

Asked for Female, 47 Years

Had intermittent fever for 10 days, with throat irritation and mild cough. Lost smell and taste 5 days back. Had been taking paracetamol, zincovit, limcee and ascoril D+. Now fever is absent for the past 36 hours, got the sweet, salt and spice taste back. However with mild cough persisting, I have not got back my smell yet. How long will it take?
