Which medicine to prefer?

Asked for Male, 20 Years

I was advised by doctor a long back to take zincovit tablets as the supplements. Later another doctor advised me to have health ok tablets as supplements over zincovit. Can you advise me which one to prefer?

Both are multivits. Brand doesnt matter. If you have symptoms you may take zincovit. Its better
