Which pillow is made for side sleepers?
Which pillow is made for side sleepers? I have been having sleeping problem for so many years. I tired cotton pillows and reckon pillows. They are either too big or small. It's difficult to get it perfect for side sleeping. I bought cervical pillow made of memory foam. It keeps compressing and can't sleep in side positition. What is micro fiber pillow? Is it made for side sleepers? So which pillow should I go now? Looking for suggestions.

Hey there! Firstly the pillow is not the issue dear. Need to know more about the issue troubling you. Since it has been since a long time, there has to be some chronic issue. Get yourself checked. Anyhow for sideways sleeping or sleeping on the back, a pillow with head depression and neck rising is the best as it supports the cervical spine in the curvature it should be.
Next Steps
Get yourself checked.

Hi. Normal cotton ( simul) pillow is fine for side sleeping posture. But that is not the solution if there is any problem with the pillow. Maybe you have problems with the cervical area. Please take an online consultation for the best examination and solve your problem.
