Whisky and its impact on cholesterol
I am 25 years old. But unfortunately i have tested high cholesterol level of 212. Now i am in medication (zyrova 10mg) and also doing daily jogging and running hopefully will decrease it soon. Can i consume whisky occasionally and will it make a negative impact on my cholesterol level and heart??

At a young age , I give more preference to lifestyle modifications rather than start medications. We need to see full lipid profile report . First control your lipid profile, there is lot of time to have whiskey and in limited quantities, it’s not harmful
