You got your Caesarean 4 months ago. Normally the duration of bleeding and discharge after Caesarean is about 4 weeks. After that it is almost dry.
You have had sonography done. It is normal.
We can reduce the amount of discharge by hormones but it will affect lactation. Second best is to take oral contraceptives. But that also affects lactation.
So you have to wait for some more time.
Any injury takes at least 90-120days to heal
C section scar is also a type of injury so it will take time to heal. Also healing is never complete, it's just 80-90% healing (as compared to an unscarred uterus)
Therefore have patience, stay hydrated as this summer heat will cause a lot of dehydration, maintain hygiene, dab your vagina twice-thrice a day with a clean, dry, cotton cloth, change your panties twice a day, use Surfaz powder 3-4times a day
You should feel fine if you follow this carefully
If not you can get a consultation with me.
Always happy to help
Its better to get checked for white discharge, periods to resume it will take time since your lactating, you can use vaginal v wash and see for that wettyness to reduce and feel comfortable.
Get a papsmear n a vaginal swab culture done to find out the reason fr the discharge
Numbness will persist upto 6 months
