White Discoloration on my front teeth
There is a certain white discoloration happening on my front two teeth from the bottom up and its very light greyish in the lowermost part. it's been quite some time now that the discoloration has happend. I feel it could be related to my gum. Lately I'm feeling a slight pain and discomfort from the front tooth and a sense of tightening in the front tooth if I move the mouth. Any suggestions what I could be looking at?

Looks like calculus deposition. When tartar deposits on the teeth become hard and calcify with time they are known as calculus. Gum tightness is also because the calculus has started to impinge on your gums. I would advice you to get scaling/cleaning of your teeth done. That will improve the tightness also that you can feel in your gums and even the slight pain that you are experiencing.
Next Steps
get scaling done.
