White dots and patches in mouth
Was suffering from LPR my ENT said it's like canker sore and keratosis which is in mouth white patches and some white dots ,he advised me to brush before going to bed ..why this happening ?

It is difficult to provide a rational diagnosis without a proper clinical examination or at least a good quality clinical photograph. The details of that lesion as well as the treatment can be explained only after the diagnosis has been made. A detailed history about your habits also needs to be evaluated for the same. Visit an oral pathologist or an oral medicine specialist for a proper consultation.
