  4. White flakes in hairs. I can consult?

Past few weeks I have suddenly developed white flakes kind of dead skin on smaller part of my scalp, its sometimes itches as well, when I wash it with anti dandruff shampoo its OK for a day or two but again comes back, any suggestions how I can get rid of it? I am near Banngerghatta Road, any Doctor I can consult?
