White fluid vaginal discharge
My friend period was irregular 2 years before. Her period is not coming since nov 2021 ...now she is facing white fluid vaginal discharge ...hedache , stomachache. Etc. What should she do? Please help...there is no medication of her since 2021 nov when her period was missed and not coming since then. Please help.

Get basic CBC, TSH and USG abdomen done. If sexually active, get urine pregnancy test done.
I'd there's a weight gain, pcos may be a possibility
