White head at nose corner
This is a problem that I have for years where I tried different procedures like exfoliation with exposing steam, saliysic acid ointment, benzoyl peroxide cream or home remedies like baking soda but everything has a little improvement but never let my problem go permanently. I don't expose to sunlight much or use soaps.

Hi. Greetings. The problem you have may not be a white head at all. Could even be a millium. You seem to have taken enough efforts to get rid of it. But have you met a dermatologist yet? It can easily be taken care off by needling or if it's a white head, comedone extraction can be performed. Hope this helps. Warm regards.
