White patch and momate ointment

Asked for Female, 24 Years

Can momate ointment be used for this?? Initially had chelitis.. Used b complex tablets... White patch at lip corner reduced.. But now developed white patch above lip region from past 1 month.. Not reducing.. Slight itch or tingling sensation present.. Can momate ointment be used??
