I have noticed a white patch near my mouth, it is not exactly white, but it is lighter than my skin tone and looks weird

Hello.. Well by the way you mention it might be Fordyce spot or might be vitiligo but then can't come to a conclusion as I need to examine it sir...So please consult a dermatologist and get examined... Thank you
