Hello sir, The white patch is not properly visible. But the white lessions which occur in the mouth are oral leukoplakia, candidiasis, any allergy due to food or medicines etc. You can consult a dentist and know the condition and get it treated .

Hi.. Plz visit good dentist and get consultation. If you are consuming any type of pan masala or tobacco or bettlnut you need to stop it. Irritation while having food is due to changes in skin inside your mouth. Get it checked.

In general white spots in oral mucosa could mean many things. Your snaps cannot represent actual condition. Your symptom of irritability to spicey food is not good.

These seem to be more on the palate and soft palate than the oral mucosa. Wait for a few days. If it persists then get a check up done.
