White patches inside lower lips and burning while eating and drinking for last 2 week. I am non drinker and never touch cigrate and tambacoo

You need to consult an oral pathologist. You might be requiring a biopsy for a confirmatory diagnosis. The right treatment for this condition can be given after that only. Anaesthetic ointments will provide temporary relief only. Regards.
