  4. White patches on the scalp. Please help!

White patches on the scalp
White patches are exposed  after having a hair cut from a barber. It sometimes itches and after having a bath with ketoconazole shampoo I feel a burning sensation . I am also suffering from thinning of hair in the front .please help
